With constant changes in the marketplace and the workforce, supervisors must be equipped to continuously improve productivity and retain their best people. This course provides any manager in the packaging industry (corrugated, folding carton, rigid box) education and hands-on experience with the tools of leadership and improvement. Participants will complete prework to gain awareness of their specific leadership and communication style. Offered multiple times, this course has been updated for up to the minute challenges. Participants are encouraged to bring issues for discussion and sharing of best practices.
