Over the last several years the National Labor Relations Board has issued at least three guidances on employer’s Social Media policies illustrating when and why they do or do not violate the National Labor Relations Act.  Concurrently, states have enacted laws related to password privacy.  Join this interactive program as we review:

In June 2016 the US EEOC published guidance on employers practices calling for them to “reboot” practices related to workplace harassment prevention and correction. Two months later in August the Commission published guidance on workplace retaliation. The agency also recently filed its first lawsuits alleging unlawful harassment based on sexual orientation.
