Mark Wilde 

Mark Wilde (aka, Dr Paper) is Bank of Montreal’s senior analyst on the North American Paper, Packaging & Forest Products sector.For more two decades, he has repeatedly been recognized as one of the sector's best stock  pickers and a frequently-quoted sector expert. He has been cited in The New York Times, Wall   Street Journal and other publications and appeared on CNBC.  He is a regular member of Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team. For many years, RISI identified Mark as one of the most globally influential persons in the paper & forest products sector. Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Dr. Wilde spent more than 25 years at Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust (a predecessor firm). 
At Bankers Trust, he served as Director of U.S. Equity Research  and was a Partner. Earlier in his career, Mark was  employed as a senior economist by Wharton Econometric's (WEFA Group) in Philadelphia. Mark & his family live in Princeton, NJ.


Dr. R. Andrew Hurley

Dr. R. Andrew Hurley is an Assistant Professor of Packaging Science as well as a research associate at the Sonoco Institute of Packaging Design and Graphics at Clemson University where he is the Director of CUshop, a consumer-experience research laboratory. Dr. Hurley holds both a BS and  MS in Packaging Science and a PhD in Rhetoric, Communication and Information Design.
Focused on new product and package development, Dr. Hurley brings ideas to innovative, practical solutions. With state-of-the-art design and prototyping labs, consumer-experience/biometric testing (eye- tracking, GSR and EEG), and  a full packaging pilot plant, concepts can be developed and brought to life in just hours. Dr. Hurley teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Packaging Science,  mentors Food Science and Culinary Arts projects, and is active in the design research community. He is a noted research leader in the field of packaging design, having a variety of peer-reviewed papers,  author of seven electronic training programs used by hundreds of industry professionals, and has presented at many international conferences

Juan Javier González

Juan Javier González is the founder and general director of Cartro. González is an Industrial Engineer who graduated from Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, and has been in the corrugating industry for 26 years.  He started his business with a small, “homemade” corrugated machine. Today, his business has grown to be the largest independent corrugated company in México.  A continuous learner, he has a Master in Business (IPADE,), and also graduated in History and Culture of Mexico (Universidad Panamericana). Mr. González was AICC’s President from 2009 to 2012. 


Luis Guillermo Dillon Montaña  

Dillon holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Monterrey, and an MBA from the Thunderbird Global Leadership School, Phoenix, Arizona. He is currently a certified Executive in Association Management by the ASAE of the United States. He worked as Commercial Director for Perrigo Company, a pharmaceutical business, and was also a member of its International Executive Committee. Today, Dillon is the General Director of Chamber of the Industry of Transformation of Nuevo Leon (CAINTRA, in Spanish.) He is also a member of several organizations such as the Advisory Council of Nacional Financiera, and the Intermediate Institution of the Private Sector in Nuevo Leon.  He is the director of Liceo de Monterrey, and founding president of ANDAMOS, the National Association of Association Leaders of Mexico. 

Ed Wallace

Ed Wallace is President and Chief Relationship Officer of The Relational Capital Group. He  consults with and speaks for corporations and associations across the globe with a client list that is a Who’s Who of Fortune 500 companies. He is the author of Fares to Friends, Creating Relational Capital, Business Relationships That Last, and his most recent The Relationship Engine. In addition, Ed is currently on the Executive Education faculty of Drexel’s LeBow College of Business and Villanova University’s Human Resources Master’s program.



Dr. Jose Elizondo

Dr. Elizondo graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at UANL. An instructor and lecturer, he is an expert in Human Development, NLP, Positive Psychology, and the Laughter and Humor Therapy.  Elizondo belong to the iOpener Institute of People and Performance in Oxford, UK.  He is the founder of the RISA Project and the first Laughter Club in Mexico. Certified by John Grinde, who is the co-creator of NLP, in Mexico City, and the Balearic Institute of Psychiatry and Psychology in Spain, Elizondo has a Master in NLP. He has been recognized as the first Mexican member in that Association.  In addition, he is an associate at IPPA (International Positive Psychology Association.) He held management positions in different companies until he stared his own professional project in 1996.

Scott Ellis

Scott Ellis, Ed.D is Co-founder of PSquared (P2), a consultancy focused on leadership and process improvement. The P2 motto; process raised by the power of people is evidenced in all of their services. Thorough assessment of operations and culture are followed by disciplined application of training, implementation, and coaching. With financial and management expert Thomas Andersen, this partnership makes good companies better.Having served in the leadership of multiple start-ups, acquisitions, and turn-arounds Scott’s practical approach helps organizations and their leaders grow. Dr. Ellis is a Certified Professional Coach to leaders who discover, plan, and enjoy the work they were born to do. His understanding of how people and organizations grow and change is informed by a depth of experience as a business leader and as a psychotherapist (CA MFT 19407). These factors make him an empathetic thinking partner to leaders that enrich the organizations and families they serve. Scott draws on all of the experience above to facilitate the growth AICC’s Packaging University. 

Victor Pinto

Over twenty-six years of experience in both the Equipment and Manufacturing areas of the industry has given Mr. Victor Pinto his project & business development skills as he continues to expand CSI’s business model, having built and operated new companies in North America, South America, and Europe. Mr. Pinto is a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor and Master Degree from Texas A&M University. Mr. Pinto is well regarded in this industry with instrumental emphasis in Spanish speaking countries. 
   Fernando Sanchez-Ariasictor

Fernando Sanchez, with more than 20 years of experience in global business & people strategy, leadership & talent development, organizational design & development, and cultural intelligence, Fernando has been leading, speaking, training, coaching and building alliances in more than 70 countries. He currently is part of The Home Depot, acting as the Chief People Officer of Global Custom Commerce and HR Director of THD Marketing/Online.
